HOW TO ACCESS THE PIRATE MATCHING GAME PRINTABLE

  1. Enter your email at the bottom of the post in the sign up box where you see the memory game.
  2. Download the PDF.
  3. Print two copies on cardstock paper. This will prevent you from seeing through the cards. Another option is to print on regular paper and glue the cards onto lightweight cardboard and then cut them out.

HOW TO PLAY THE MEMORY GAME

This is a classic game that you can play with specially themed cards like these or playing cards. Another idea is to play the memory game with a twist and real objects. Kids love this version! The best thing about a memory matching game is that people of all ages love to play – preschoolers, kindergarteners, elementary school students, middle school, high school and even adults!

  1. Cut apart the memory cards.
  2. Place the printable set of cards face down, and mix them all up.
  3. Turn over two cards. If they match exactly, keep the cards. If they do not match, turn them back over. For example, if one person is wearing glasses and one is not, that is not a match.
  4. Continue taking turns until you find all the matches.
